Future Foundation

The "Future Foundation" is a charitable fund set up by Birmingham Future to support education, employment and training projects in Birmingham.

Birmingham Future recognises the importance of "giving back" to the local community and through the Future Foundation the organisation hopes to play a role in helping to provide financial support to assist in the development of the city’s untapped and emerging talent.

Money raised by Birmingham Future through charitable fundraising activities and initiatives goes directly into the Future Foundation fund. This is then ring fenced and can only be used to fund projects approved by Birmingham Future.

The Future Foundation is managed by Birmingham Community Foundation, which provides the vehicle for companies, families, individuals and Government bodies to invest in the community.

It does this by promoting and managing a wide variety of effective grant making programmes, which have been set up to support the local community in areas of poverty and deprivation in Birmingham and the Black Country.
