Who we are

Birmingham Future is a membership organisation for young professionals working in the city’s professional, financial and business service sectors. Through events, projects and initiatives we aim to develop the city’s future talent.

We are led by the Birmingham Future Leadership Team, a group of our members that strive to develop the organisation and its support to Birmingham’s economy. The Leadership Team is made up of the Chairmen from each Committee together with the Birmingham Future Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Leadership Team Co-ordinator and Finance representative. It is also regularly attended by the Birmingham Forward Chairman, Chief Executive and Operations Manager.

Although these Committees are already well established they are always looking for new members that promise to bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm. Here you can also register your interest in joining a committee. All events, initiatives and projects are delivered by members, with Office Team support, enabling them to develop skills beyond their chosen profession.

Birmingham Future recognises that its continued growth is down to the dedication of its members, who demonstrate an enthusiasm and commitment to supporting the organisation. Members come from a wide range of industries, including accounting, banking and finance, insurance, law, marketing and communications and property.
