Birmingham Young Professional of the Year (BYPY) is a highly prestigious awards ceremony that recognises and rewards  the most talented individuals within Birmingham’s business community.

Candidates compete across six different categories:

  • Communications
  • Entrepreneurial
  • Financial Services
  • HR, Recruitment & Training
  • Legal
  • Property & Construction

The overall winner is chosen from the winners of these six categories, awarding them the prestigious title of Birmingham Young Professional of the Year. BYPY also recognises individuals who have made a lasting contribution to the city’s business community with the Inspiring Leader award.

This year's black tie awards ceremony took place at the International Convention Centre on Thursday 19th May.  As ever, the night was an entertaining evening where we celebrated the achievements of Birmingham's best young professionals.

For this year's awards we were delighted to have Lloyds Banking Group as our main sponsor to assist with the celebrations.

BYPY offers the opportunity to enjoy a fun evening of celebration, good food and wine, combined with unrivalled networking opportunities across all of Birmingham's professional services sectors.
