Receipt of your booking indicates acceptance of liability to pay the attendance fee, unless Birmingham Forward is notified your place is reserved. 48 hours working notice of cancellation before the day of the event is required in writing for a full refund. Birmingham Forward reserves the right to refuse admission if payment is not received prior to an event. Important note: The booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Birmingham Forward to change the content and timings of the programme, the speakers, the date and venue of an event. Whilst every effort will be made to prevent this, in the unlikely event of the event being cancelled, Birmingham Forward will automatically make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.
