Birmingham Forward is proud to announce that Matthew Shaw of Forresters, experts in the field of IP protection, invites you to an intriguing and myth busting evening of expert facts and opinions on this highly relevant topic, on 16 February and discussing the topics of trademarking, designs and patent protection and how this may impact your business in the forthcoming months.
Matthew, a British and European Patent Attorney, is well-known in the Intellectual Property world, with his reputation and acclaim stretching as far as China and India. Matthew will lead a highly engaging discussion about the nature of patents, what is actually patentable and ownership of patents, whilst also presenting on the purpose of a trademark, trademark protection, designs and the routes to registration.
