Kelly is a solicitor in the Corporate team at Shoosmiths. She specialises in mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance. Kelly acts for corporate acquirers, management and vendors on a range of transactions. She also advises on work with listed public companies including IPOs and secondary fundraisings, and shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, and corporate governance issues.
Kelly joined the Events committee in June 2007, and became chair in July 2009.
