James Richards

James is a trainee solicitor in the construction team, where he will be qualifying in September, at Mills & Reeve LLP.  James is originally from Cardiff but studied at the University of Birmingham before joining Mills & Reeve LLP in 2008.

James is responsible for co-ordinating both the Birmingham Future mentoring scheme and the downward mentoring scheme (run in conjunction with Birmingham City University).  The committee is currently finalising the external accreditation for the schemes whilst seeking to establish new links with other Higher Education Institutions and professional bodies
