Donna is a solicitor specialising in employment law at international law firm DLA Piper. She advises and trains employers, and represents them at employment tribunals, on employee related matters including diversity and discrimination. After studying in London, Spain, and York, Donna returned to work in Birmingham where she was born and raised. Chair of Future's Diversity committee, she shares its commitment to help members recognise, value and utilise the opportunities that diversity and equality bring.
