Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice - Project Manager / Committee Member

Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice provides care for over 1,000 people each year suffering from life-limiting illnesses such as cancer, motor neurone disease and multiple sclerosis.

The opportunity:  Volunteer project manager/ committee member - £300K refurbishment appeal

Although we’ve recently refurbished the residential area of the hospice, the day hospice is beginning to look a little worn.  We’re looking to raise approximately £300,000 in the next year to support improvements to the environment for our users.  This role will involve managing and promoting at least four high-profile events, including a celebrity evening, luncheon, dinner and May Ball.  You will have the full support of the BSMH team.  If you think you have what it takes, please contact the Community Development Committee.
